Now let's get started with "How to Draw Bubble Graffiti Letters Maya"

Step by Step

We are going to get started by simply drawing the letters

The thing about bubble graffiti letters is that we want to make them fat and almost lose their shape. But still hold enough of their shapes that you can still tell what the letters are supposed to be.

Make these nice and round A's and there you have it! Pretty simple!

Now we are going to come back in with a sharpie and just outline it real quick keeping that hand nice and loose. We want that beautiful round bubbly feel to the letters and you can't do that with a stiff hand.

If you need to make minor adjustments to your letters now is a good time to do that.

Now you can erase your pencil lines and you can color your letters. I am using colored pencils but you can use pastels, paint or anything you really want. My favorite color is blue and I happen to like the chevron pattern how that's what I'm going to do to this design

Create a chevron pattern by drawing your angled lines and color in between them. Continue this pattern all the way down the "M".

Now we are going to color each "A" with yellow and green. It Is faster to color the chevrons if you go ahead and draw the chevrons all the way down the letter first and then fill in every other space between the lines.

Do the same thing to the"Y" with a teal green.

To give the letters more of a pop we're going to add a 3d effect to the letters. That is done by adding the letter shape off to one side. When that is done go ahead and shade that in.
