Drawing graffiti letters is just plain fun if you ask me. It is an awesome feeling to be able to write something in graffiti that looks like it is ready to pop off the the page. Graffiti letters are great for putting your name on the outside of folders and note books.

Now let's get started with the "Graffiti Letters - Ethan" drawing lesson.

Drawing Tutorial Part 1:
Begin by blocking out your letters. For these 2D graffiti letters, make them all upper-case and let the letters overlap slightly.

Drawing Tutorial Part 2:
Outline your letters with a black marker.

Drawing Tutorial Part 3:
draw splits and cracks diagonally across your graffiti letters. Add a rectangular fractured piece to some of the letters like the "T" and the "N".

Drawing Tutorial Part 4:
Outline your letter group with a heavy border.

Drawing Tutorial Part 5:
Color in the outlined area with yellow.

Drawing Tutorial Part 6:
Color the letters with a light blue base.

Drawing Tutorial Part 7:
Overlay with purple, teal and green marker, then come in with red slash marks.

Drawing Tutorial Part 8:
Add jazzy marks and squiggles around your graffiti name to give it a high-energy background.
